Hi Xavier. Our hamburger patties are kept in a warming tray for a maximum of 15 minutes, to keep them at a food-safe holding temperature until your order is placed. But because we're able to anticipate peak times in our business and cook enough burgers so that customers are able to get served in a timely way, most of our patties are served before that time has passed.
