Hi Arjun. We stopped using beef tallow in our vegetable oil in 2007, and we think our 100% vegetable oil makes our fries taste delish! It also means people with certain dietary restrictions can enjoy our fries, since they contain no animal-sourced ingredients. Thanks for your question!
